Hunter x Hunter Episode 119: Strong x or x Weak

Killua launches a sudden, high-speed attack on Menthuthuyoupi, using **Godspeed** to overwhelm him before retreating once the technique starts to run out. At the same time, Ikalgo works through a series of escape and capture plans against Bloster, but each one is complicated by Bloster’s brute force and persistence, and Ikalgo ultimately fails to bring himself to kill him.

Killua drops down into the crater and activates Godspeed, moving so fast that Youpi cannot properly react as Killua lands repeated blows. The attack catches Youpi off guard enough that he becomes interested in Killua’s power rather than simply chasing him. Before the ability fully gives out, Killua breaks off the assault and races back to the surface. When Youpi closes in, Meleoron uses his own ability to help Killua vanish from view and get away.

Below ground, Ikalgo is trapped dealing with Bloster and tries to use the elevator area and control room to outmaneuver him. He considers using the elevator’s sleeping gas as part of a trap, and he also tries to use the layout of the corridor and shutters to limit Bloster’s options. Bloster forces his way through several of these setups, including blasting open the elevator doors and finding a way around Ikalgo’s containment attempts. Ikalgo manages to keep reorganizing his plan, at one point getting into position to take advantage of the sleeping gas and the elevator’s tight spaces.

After Bloster finally ends up affected by the gas and falls asleep, Ikalgo prepares to kill him so he can use his body to escape, but he cannot go through with it. He retreats to the monitor room and breaks down over his inability to act, calling himself weak for hesitating.
