Hunter x Hunter Episode 68: Pirates x and x Guesses

Gon, Killua, and the rest of their group are taken to a pirate-controlled area where they meet the pirate boss, **Razor**, and learn that the challenge ahead is a series of sports matches. Razor explains that the two sides will face off in one-on-one games of the pirates’ choosing, and the first side to win eight matches takes the prize card; if Gon’s group loses, they must leave the area and cannot retry with the same team.

The first matches quickly show that the pirates are far stronger and more organized than expected, and Gon’s group falls behind. Killua notices that many of the others in their party are badly outmatched, so he shifts strategy and focuses on gathering information instead of trying to force a win. As the contest continues, it becomes clear that Gon’s side is not going to succeed by normal means, and the group effectively abandons the match-up.

After the team splits apart, Gon checks his book and finds the name **Chrollo Lucilfer**, which raises questions about who they are really dealing with. The group uses the card **Accompany** to meet someone using that name, but the person they find is actually **Hisoka**, who is posing under it. Gon and Killua become suspicious of his explanation, and Killua compares what he learns from the book to Hisoka’s story to figure out that something is off.

Hisoka then agrees to travel with them and leads the group to **Aiai, the City of Love**, while keeping his real intentions vague. Gon also decides they should contact **Tsezgerra’s** group for help, since the situation on the island is becoming harder to understand and handle on their own.
