One-Punch Man Episode 22: The Encircling Net of Justice

Saitama spends time playing a fighting game with King and repeatedly loses, then notices that King’s emergency transmitter is missing and realizes something is wrong. At the Hero Association, an executive meeting is disrupted when a monster disguises itself as a representative and pretends to negotiate peace between humans and monsters before revealing that the Monster Association is actually declaring war; another monster kills one of the executives, but Superalloy Darkshine arrives and destroys the attacker after its power fails against him.

Elsewhere, the Monster Association gathers its forces for battle. Orochi oversees the meeting and even kills Awakened Cockroach after learning he has failed, while Do-S is spared when Gyoro Gyoro points out that she has a useful ability. Orochi also asks about Gouketsu, and Gyoro Gyoro learns that Gouketsu has already been killed. News of the Monster Association’s war declaration spreads to the public and to rogue monsters.

Garou wakes up after being kicked by Saitama and, exhausted, heads to a small shack to rest. Death Gatling and a team of heroes have been lying in wait, and Garou notices them and briefly looks at Tareo’s almanac before facing the group. He announces that defeating them will bring his total to 100 heroes, then rushes in, but the heroes’ coordinated barrage knocks him back and keeps him off balance. When Garou tries to identify the weakest point in their formation, he targets Glasses, only to discover that Glasses is still ready to fight. The heroes then give the increasingly weakened Garou one last chance to surrender.
