Prison Break Episode 33: Bolshoi Booze

Michael buys supplies at a sporting-goods store in Maljamar, New Mexico, but when he realizes he does not have enough money, he steals a GPS device instead and overpowers the elderly shopkeeper who tries to stop him. The theft leaves him shaken, and he later has a crisis of conscience before continuing on his way to the desert location marked by the GPS.

In Tribune, Kansas, T-Bag escapes from Susan Hollander’s house just as the police close in, and he does so by cutting off his reattached hand again to get away. After fleeing, he uses a GPS device hidden among the money to track down Roy Geary. He finds Geary at a hotel and kills him, taking the money with him.

In Trinidad, Colorado, Lincoln, his son, and Aldo Burrows meet up and discuss the situation, but the reunion is interrupted when an armed man sent to kill them attacks. Lincoln fights back, and the intruder is killed during the struggle. Afterward, the group heads out together, still trying to keep their mission moving forward.

In Gila, New Mexico, Kellerman captures Sara and tortures her in a motel room to make her reveal what her father gave her. When he does not get the answer he wants, he is ordered to kill her, and by the end of the episode he has her underwater in the tub, apparently preparing to finish the job.

Mahone meets Bill Kim and is pressured with threats against his son and the Shales case, which leads him to figure out that “Bolshoi Booze” is actually a set of GPS coordinates. He then closes in on Michael’s location.

Michael reaches the desert rendezvous point and tries to make a deal with the Coyote, the smuggler he needs for the escape plan. The first attempt goes badly when Michael tries to pass off sugar water as nitroglycerin, and the Coyote realizes he has been tricked. The situation turns dangerous, but Sucre arrives and saves Michael by shooting the Coyote and taking control of the scene.

The episode ends with Michael, Sucre, Lincoln, and Aldo still trying to get their plan back on track while Mahone is closing in on them.
