Breaking Bad Episode 62: Felina

Walter White, evading a nationwide manhunt and knowing his lung cancer is terminal, returns to Albuquerque to deliver his remaining $9.72 million to his family and eliminate his enemies. He steals a car and breaks into the home of former associates Gretchen and Elliott Schwartz, claiming he hired hitmen to kill them if they refuse his demand to place his money in a trust for his son, Walter Jr. Badger and Skinny Pete, disguised as the hitmen, scare the couple with laser pointers that mimic rifle sights, forcing Gretchen and Elliott to agree to the trust. After paying Badger and Pete, Walt learns that his signature blue meth is still being distributed, leading him to deduce that Jesse Pinkman is alive.

Walt retrieves a vial of ricin poison from his abandoned house and rigs an M60 machine gun mounted on a pivoting turret in the trunk of his car to a remote unlock button. He interrupts a meeting between Todd and Lydia at a coffee shop, offering a formula for methylamine-free meth as a ruse to gain an invitation to the neo-Nazi compound where his money is held. Lydia feigns interest, believing Walt will meet Jack Welker, the neo-Nazi leader, who intends to kill him. Meanwhile, Marie calls Skyler to warn her that Walt is in Albuquerque.

Walt meets Skyler in her kitchen, avoiding his son, and leaves her a lottery ticket containing the coordinates to the grave of Hank Schrader and Steve Gomez, advising her to use this information to negotiate a favorable plea bargain with the DEA. During a confrontation with Jack, Walt accuses him of partnering with Jesse; Jack denies this, but Walt saves Jesse from being killed by tackling him to the ground when Jesse arrives as a prisoner. A grievously wounded Walt tells Jesse to kill him, but Jesse refuses. Walt answers Todd's phone and informs Lydia that she will die soon because he poisoned her Stevia at the coffee shop. Jesse chokes Todd to death with a chain as revenge, then flees in Todd's El Camino after exchanging a farewell nod with Walt. Walt admires Jack's meth lab before succumbing to his bullet wound, lying motionless with a slight smile as police rush in.
