Together, Inosuke and Tanjiro successfully behead Enmu, and despite the demon's final attempt to kill the passengers, everyone aboard the Mugen Train is safe. Heavily injured, Tanjiro attempts to rest and heal. But in the calm after the battle, a new and even more powerful danger arrives, threatening everyone.

Tanjiro and Inosuke finally manage to cut off Enmu’s neck, which stops the train’s possessed, violent behavior—but the Mugen Train still derails at high speed, throwing them off and leaving them badly injured. As the chaos settles, Tanjiro is relieved to hear that the passengers are safe, but before the situation can fully calm down, a new demon appears in front of them.
After the neck is severed, the train’s body collapses and the nightmare ends, but the victory is immediately interrupted by this unexpected arrival. The episode closes on that tense moment, with Tanjiro, Inosuke, and the Flame Hashira facing a fresh threat just as they try to recover from the derailment.
