Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Episode 41: Gathering

The episode opens in the middle of the Entertainment District battle, with Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Tengen Uzui fighting the demon siblings Daki and Gyutaro as they coordinate their attacks against the Demon Slayers. The fight is shown as chaotic and overwhelming, with the demons’ combined assault pushing the fighters to their limits.

Tanjiro and the others continue trying to create an opening to decapitate the two demons at the same time, since defeating them seems to require both to be beheaded together. Tengen is engaged directly with Gyutaro, while Tanjiro focuses on keeping up with the demon’s attacks and finding a way to help in the killing blow.

On the other side of the battlefield, Daki remains active and dangerous, forcing Zenitsu and Inosuke to deal with her while the larger battle rages around them. The episode emphasizes that the demons are able to pressure multiple opponents at once, and the fight becomes a desperate struggle rather than a clean advantage for either side.

A major turning point comes when Hinatsuru, one of Tengen’s wives, arrives at the battlefield after recovering enough to move despite being badly affected by poison. She fires kunai tipped with wisteria poison at Gyutaro, briefly paralyzing him and creating a crucial opening.

Using that opening, Tengen attacks Gyutaro aggressively and manages to sever his legs, which gives Tanjiro a chance to go for the neck. The episode ends with the battle still unresolved, but with the Demon Slayers finally gaining a moment where a decisive strike may be possible.
