Hunter x Hunter Episode 128: Unparalleled Joy x and x Unconditional Love
Pouf and Youpi sacrifice most of their own bodies to heal Meruem, who rises stronger than before, but with most of his memories missing. Pouf then decides to take this opportunity to dispose of Komugi in hopes that Meruem never remembers about her at all, but is attacked by the other hunters, who realize, much to their horror, that the king is still alive and is about to return to the palace.

Pouf and Youpi find Meruem badly damaged after the explosion, but they discover he is still alive and begin desperately trying to save him. By feeding parts of their own bodies into him, they restore his strength, yet he wakes with major memory loss and does not fully remember what happened to him.
Once Meruem revives, he is stronger than before and gains the ability to fly, but he remains confused and asks what happened. Pouf immediately recognizes that Meruem’s amnesia creates an opening and sends one of his clones back toward the palace with the intent to eliminate Komugi before Meruem can remember her.
The clone reaches the palace room where Komugi had been, only to find that she is gone. It is then ambushed by an invisible Knuckle and Meleoron, and Palm appears at the doorway, revealing that she has tracked the clone using her ability. At the same time, Knuckle’s APR is following the King, and Palm realizes and announces to the others that Meruem is still alive.
Back outside, Meruem and the two Royal Guards head back toward the palace. Pouf’s clone is frustrated that its plan has been interrupted, while the search team realizes from Palm’s information that the King survived the blast.
