Satotz informs Gon that Killua did not pass the final phase of the exam. Killua's opponent was his older brother, who was in disguise. This brother expresses his belief that Killua should remain an assassin and return home. He then threatens Gon, stating he will kill him if Killua does not agree to go back. During a match with Leorio, Killua kills Bodoro, which leads to his disqualification from the exam. Following these events, Gon confronts Killua's brother and then resolves to go find Killua.
