Yuji carries the injured Nobara away from Eso and Kechizu, the cursed womb brothers, warning her not to let their blood touch her as Eso unleashes his **Maximum: Wing King** technique, sending blood tendrils after them.

The pair flees toward a highway tunnel, but Kechizu ambushes them, vomiting blood on Yuji, while Eso splashes Nobara, activating their **Rot Technique: Decay**—a venomous blood that causes floral patterns to spread across their skin, slowly decomposing their bodies from within.

Eso explains they hold no hatred for humans but were sealed in tubes for 150 years and recently freed by a group led by someone named Geto; he and Kechizu, along with a third brother, see themselves as one entity and are working with that group for now.

Nobara laughs, declaring them a bad matchup for her **Straw Doll Technique: Resonance**, and drives a nail into her wrist, linking her pain to both brothers through their connected blood, forcing them to feel it as well.

Eso believes it's now a battle of endurance since Resonance won't kill them and Decay remains active, paralyzing the students—but Yuji, unaffected by the poison due to his vessel status for Sukuna the King of Curses, pummels Kechizu with cursed energy-infused punches.

Nobara drives another nail into herself, amplifying the pain; Yuji and Nobara switch opponents for better matchups, with Yuji facing Eso as Kechizu suffers.

Eso instinctively deactivates Decay upon seeing his brother's torment and deploys Wing King again, but Yuji lands a **Black Flash** on him.

Meanwhile, Nobara finishes Kechizu with her **Straw Doll Technique: Hairpin**, hammering a nail into him; his body doesn't vanish like a typical curse, revealing he's flesh and blood.

Eso, crying over his dying brother, grabs a truck passenger hostage and flees on the vehicle; Nobara pierces him through the chest with Resonance from afar.
