Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 46: Metamorphosis, Part 2

Panda, in Gorilla Mode, searches the wreckage from Jogo's Maximum: Meteor in front of Shibuya Stream at 11:28 PM and rescues grade 1 sorcerer Atsuya Kusakabe by pulling him free after spotting his katana grip. Kusakabe, shaken by Sukuna's rampage, declares his support for Yuji Itadori's execution despite Yuji's protests.

Mahito, cornered and desperate after his battle with Yuji, lunges from behind at the curse user in Suguru Geto's body (referred to as Pseudo-Geto), attempting to use Idle Transfiguration on him. Pseudo-Geto dodges effortlessly, places his hand over Mahito, and absorbs him despite Mahito's pleas and struggles, transforming the special grade curse into a black orb. Mahito reveals he always suspected Pseudo-Geto's true intentions, born as he was from human fears.

With Mahito absorbed, Pseudo-Geto holds the orb and resumes his conversation with the devastated Yuji about reshaping the jujutsu world.

Mei Mei appears briefly in a scene involving insider trading or evacuation efforts.

Kasumi Miwa makes a dramatic entrance, charging at Pseudo-Geto with a flashback monologue hinting at her resolve, but he easily blocks her attack. Kusakabe and other secondary sorcerers rescue her, and she does not appear again in the episode.

Choso arrives, conflicted, and attacks Pseudo-Geto, recognizing him and firing a blood beam. Pseudo-Geto anticipates the familiar move, dodges, and positions a reflective cursed spirit behind him to redirect the attack back at Choso, demonstrating his superior combat experience. Choso screams about Pseudo-Geto as his "cursed-spirit father" and shouts that Yuji is his long-lost little brother.

Aoi Todo arrives, spurring the emotionally broken Yuji to get back on his feet.

Pseudo-Geto discusses the ultimate technique of curse manipulation: unleashing all controlled curses at once in a powerful attack resembling a domain expansion.

The episode builds tension with reinforcements like Yuki Tsukimo arriving as the Shibuya Incident battlefield intensifies against Pseudo-Geto.
