Joe’s team sets up a honeypot operation to lure out several Belarusian operatives, and when they try to extort Two Cups with a compromising video, the QRF moves in and arrests everyone involved, including the stripper. At the same time, Cruz and Josephina use a honeypot on Cade, and after Joe, Tucker, and Bobby pressure him, Cade admits he is working with someone named Rooster.
As the episode continues, both Cade and Rooster are detained and questioned about their role in destabilizing the United States. Meanwhile, Joe and Kyle join Kaitlyn, Byron, Mullins, Evelyn, and FBI Director Francine Wexler in the situation room, where they debate how to handle the intelligence they are gathering from the covert network.
The episode centers on the team pulling apart a hidden web of ordinary-looking assets and handlers rather than obvious masterminds, with the operation exposing how the network uses vulnerable people as part of its machinery.
