My Hero Academia Episode 114: A Quiet Beginning
Using the information Hawks gathered, the heroes and their work study students get ready for an attack on the Paranormal Liberation Front led by Shigaraki.
Full recap
Hawks is still undercover in the Paranormal Liberation Front, and the episode opens with him gathering information while keeping up his cover as the villains watch him closely. He learns enough to send the heroes a major lead about a hidden section of a hospital, which helps confirm where the villains are operating.
Using Hawks’ report, the heroes prepare a two-pronged raid: one force will attack the Paranormal Liberation Front’s main base, and another will hit the hospital linked to the villains’ research. The students with provisional licenses are also brought in as support for evacuation and rear-guard duties, something that clearly surprises and frustrates some of them.
The assault begins at the hospital, where the heroes move in quickly and try to secure the area before the villains can react. Inside, they find evidence that the hospital is more than it seems, and the raid immediately turns dangerous when the hidden area is exposed and the defenders spring into action.
By the end of the episode, the operation has fully shifted from planning to open conflict, with heroes and villains engaged in the first phase of the raid. The episode ends on the start of a large-scale battle, setting up the chaos of the operation that follows.
