Tomura Shigaraki defeats Re-Destro and takes command of the Meta Liberation Army, which is reorganized into the Paranormal Liberation Front under his leadership. Meanwhile, the heroes and U.A. students are shown preparing for the next stage of conflict, with the episode ending on a note of uneasy calm before the coming battle.

Shigaraki’s fight with Re-Destro is the episode’s main action. After Shigaraki fully unleashes his power, he overwhelms Re-Destro and causes massive destruction around them.
