My Hero Academia Episode 116: One`s Justice

The heroes launch a coordinated assault on the Paranormal Liberation Front’s base at Gunga Mountain Villa, cutting off its exits and forcing the villains inside to realize they are surrounded. The episode then focuses on three major clashes: the advance led by Edgeshot, the fight between Hawks and Twice, and the struggle between Shigaraki and Re-Destro.

At Gunga Mountain Villa, police and heroes report that the team led by Edgeshot has pushed forward while other hero groups seal the north, southeast, and west exits, leaving only the front entrance open. Inside the underground hall, Re-Destro is alarmed that Skeptic’s regiment has not arrived, and a Liberation soldier warns him that the heroes have already begun their attack and have the villains cornered, which immediately drives Re-Destro’s stress higher.

The battle outside continues to escalate as the heroes press deeper into the villa. During the fighting, a concealed passageway is used as part of the villains’ defensive position, but Fat Gum blocks the dark corridor long enough for Tsukuyomi to enter it and unleash Dark Shadow at full power with Ragnarök. Dark Shadow drives downward through the passage, colliding with Re-Destro in his Stress: 100% form; the impact breaks off Re-Destro’s prosthetic leg, throws him off balance, and sends him back into the underground hall while also destroying the hidden passageway.

The episode spends much of its emotional weight on Hawks and Twice. Hawks has Twice cornered and immobilized with his feathers, and he tries to calm him while Twice is overwhelmed by memories of betrayal and guilt. Twice remembers that he once introduced Overhaul to the League of Villains, which led to Magne’s death and Mr. Compress losing an arm, and he blames himself again for bringing in someone he trusted. Feeling responsible for the chaos and for Hawks being trapped in this conflict, Twice breaks down and attempts to fight back anyway.

As the confrontation intensifies, Hawks explains that he was the one who secretly passed information about the villains’ hideout to the heroes using a coded message despite all the surveillance. Twice is shaken by this revelation and is further crushed by the idea that his own choices have helped bring ruin to the group he cares about. In the middle of the struggle, Dabi arrives and attacks Hawks with blue flames, turning the fight into a three-way clash. Hawks tries to deal with the new threat while still keeping Twice under control, but the pressure keeps mounting until the situation becomes even more dangerous.

The episode ends with the villains fully aware that their hideout has been exposed and that the heroes’ attack is a direct result of Hawks’ betrayal. The conflict inside the villa is no longer a secret infiltration but an all-out assault, with the battle lines completely drawn.
