My Hero Academia Episode 12: All Might

All Might arrives at the USJ stadium amid the chaos caused by the League of Villains, quickly dispatching the remaining low-level villains with overwhelming speed and power. Midoriya watches anxiously from afar, aware that All Might's body is in poor condition and his time limit for using his Quirk is strained, while the other students cheer confidently in the Symbol of Peace.

Shigaraki unleashes Nomu, the bird-headed mutant villain bio-engineered as the perfect counter to All Might with super regeneration and the ability to wield multiple Quirks, including strength rivaling All Might's. Nomu grabs All Might in a tag-team attack with Kurogiri's warp portals, wounding him severely, but All Might breaks free and protects Bakugo from a follow-up assault.

Aizawa, recovering from his injuries thanks to Tsuyu and the other students, is evacuated with No.13's help as Ashido gathers everyone; Bakugo restrains Kurogiri, spotting his weakness. All Might, bleeding and refusing student aid despite their offers, clashes intensely with Nomu in a barrage of punches that generate massive shockwaves, scattering Shigaraki away from the students and cracking the stadium.

Shigaraki orders Nomu to shatter its own limbs for rapid regeneration, escalating the fight as All Might's power visibly declines. Midoriya analyzes All Might's efficient, non-wasteful strikes, realizing he's pushing his absolute limits; inspired, Midoriya rushes in to help, motivating his classmates to join and support the Symbol of Peace against the unbeatable foe.

All Might declares he'll surpass 100% power—"Plus Ultra"—delivering a final United States of Smash punch that blasts Nomu through the stadium roof and out of sight, temporarily turning the tide as he faces the remaining villains with a defiant smile, admitting aloud he's not as strong as before.
