Full recap
The episode splits between the hospital riot, the ocean battlefield, and the Toga fight, with each thread turning sharply as different villains finally make their moves.
At Central Hospital, Spinner pushes forward through the chaos of the heteromorph uprising, determined to reach the restrained Kurogiri. Present Mic and Spinner both try to reach the person inside him, with Mic calling out to the name “Shirakumo” as he tries to break through to the man’s lost identity while Spinner insists on Kurogiri’s name and his purpose. The crowd around the hospital, however, begins to lose momentum as the violence and fear of hurting innocent patients makes many of them hesitate, and the uprising starts to collapse.
Inside the hospital’s research area, Present Mic confronts Spinner directly and destroys the recording that had been holding and activating Kurogiri’s mind. Spinner refuses to back down and uses a stolen ornamental hand to trigger Kurogiri’s body, which finally causes Kurogiri to awaken and act as the powerful teleporter again. The result is immediate: Kurogiri opens portals and begins moving villains to where All For One is fighting, completely changing the battlefield’s layout.
On the main battlefield, All For One continues pressing Hawks and Endeavor, and the sudden portal activity brings reinforcements right into the center of the fight. Dabi reappears in a damaged, unstable state and is sent toward the confrontation with his father, while Toga is also relocated so she can join the battle elsewhere. The episode emphasizes that this shift in position is not random; it is the direct result of Kurogiri’s awakening and All For One’s plan taking shape.
On the island battlefield, Ochaco and Tsuyu keep fighting against Toga while the heroes’ side continues to thin out the villain forces. Toga reaches for Twice’s blood as a last resort, intending to use his power through her own transformation ability. Tsuyu tries to stop her, but Toga manages to get the blood into her mouth, and that decision leads to the next major escalation. Rather than ending the fight, it sets off another chain reaction as the battlefield begins filling with Twice copies.
The episode ends with the villains gaining the upper hand through these cascading changes, while the heroes are forced to deal with the consequences of Kurogiri’s return, Toga’s use of Twice’s blood, and the sudden redirection of the battle toward All For One’s position.
