My Hero Academia Episode 155: Hopes

Deku keeps fighting Tomura while newly arrived allies help turn the tide, and the episode splits between the Central Hospital battlefield and the Gunga Villa fight as both villains and heroes push toward their limits.

At Central Hospital, Lady Nagant is still badly injured but tries to leave anyway so she can help the heroes. A doctor warns her that moving could reopen her wounds, but she forces herself onward because Deku’s words reached her and reignited her desire to act like a hero again. Rock Lock steps in, tells the doctor to let her go, and gives her a cellphone containing the battle layout for Operation Troy so she can support the fight if she chooses. Encouraged by this, Lady Nagant continues forward and uses her Quirk in the battle against Tomura, landing a decisive shot that removes one of his hands and briefly stalls him.

Inside Tomura’s mind, the sudden blow triggers a reaction from the presence within him, but Tomura asserts himself and suppresses that influence. Back on the battlefield, Deku uses the opening created by Lady Nagant’s shot and the arrival of other allies to keep pressuring Tomura.

The episode also cuts to the Gunga Villa site, where All For One tries to escape so he can reach Tomura. Hawks pursues him closely, forcing All For One to slow down and confront him. All For One appears to gain the upper hand for a moment, but that is revealed to be a feint, and the situation shifts when Shiketsu High’s hero course arrives to assist the heroes.

The episode emphasizes momentum changing in the heroes’ favor through persistence, reinforcements, and people like Lady Nagant choosing to fight again.
