My Hero Academia Episode 156: It`s a Small World

Tokoyami, Hawks, and the other heroes at the Gunga Villa battlefield are pushed to their limit as All For One keeps growing younger, stronger, and more aggressive under the effects of his own rewinding body. Just when the heroes seem overwhelmed, unexpected reinforcements arrive from Shiketsu High, and Gigantomachia is brought to the fight under Shinso’s control, turning the tide into a chaotic three-way clash against All For One.

At the Gunga Villa site, Tokoyami and Hawks continue battling All For One while Shiketsu High students Yoarashi Inasa, Shishikura Seiji, and Camie Utsushimi rush in to help the heroes. Tokoyami unleashes a powerful attack with Dark Shadow, but All For One answers by becoming even younger and more dangerous, using the boost from his rewind to overwhelm everyone around him. The heroes try to hold him back together, but his power keeps surging and he repeatedly blasts through their combined assaults.

The episode then reveals that Gigantomachia has been brought to the battlefield and is now attacking All For One instead of the heroes. Earlier fighting in the hospital ruins and Shinso’s brainwashing are the reason Machia has been redirected, and he arrives furious at his master, accusing All For One of abandoning him. Rather than helping the heroes directly, he becomes a massive wild card who crashes into All For One and forces him to divide his attention.

Even with this complication, All For One remains dominant for most of the episode. He reacts to the attack by accelerating the pace of his rewind, which makes him both younger-looking and far more powerful. He tears through the battlefield, blows back the heroes, and presses forward while trying to reach Shigaraki. The episode ends with the heroes still fighting desperately against him as the battlefield fills with reinforcements, confusion, and the impact of Gigantomachia’s sudden betrayal.
