My Hero Academia Episode 48: Symbol of Peace

A masked individual transports all members of a villain group out of a hideout. A hero with wooden limbs apologizes for their escape, but another hero states that the warping ability used was too specific to counter.

Inside the hideout, a powerful hero repels a creature with a strong punch, while another hero with fire abilities incinerates similar creatures outside. The fire hero confirms the situation is under control and tells the powerful hero to pursue the escaping villains.

The masked individual praises a hero with fiber-manipulating abilities for protecting others from an explosion. The fiber hero recognizes the masked individual as a suspected leader of the villain group and attacks, but is easily defeated by a blast of air. The masked individual notes the hero's strength comes from practice and decides not to take his ability.

Four students hide behind a wall, overcome with fear. The masked individual transports the villains to his location and tells one of them that it's time for his game to be reset. One of the students wants to move, but another stops him. Before the masked individual notices the students, the powerful hero arrives and confronts him.

A student with explosion abilities observes the masked individual's raw strength, recognizing him as a formidable villain. The powerful hero declares he will defeat and imprison his rival. He rushes forward, but the masked individual repels him with a combination of abilities. The masked individual instructs one of the villains to retrieve the explosion student and flee. He then touches a villain with a mist-like body and forcibly activates his warping ability to create a portal. The powerful hero returns and clashes with the masked leader while the remaining villains surround the explosion student.

The powerful hero cannot get past the masked individual to rescue the explosion student. The student uses his explosions to keep the villains at bay and maintain distance. One of the hidden students worries the explosion student cannot evade them indefinitely. He considers that heroes-in-training cannot directly fight villains, then realizes there is another way to rescue the explosion student. The powerful hero continues to struggle with his nemesis, holding back to protect the explosion student from potential shockwaves. The explosion student understands that the powerful hero cannot fight at full strength due to his presence.

The student with explosion abilities creates distance between himself and his enemies. One of the hidden students puts his plan into motion. He and another student grab a third student and use their abilities to quickly break through a wall, with the third student using his hardening ability. A fourth student creates an ice ramp for them to charge up and into the air. The masked individual attempts to interfere, but the powerful hero attacks him. After clearing the battlefield at a great distance from the ground, the hardened student calls out to the explosion student. The first hidden student believes the explosion student will only listen to the hardened student.

The explosion student listens to his friend and uses a large explosion to propel himself through the air, grabbing the hardened student's hand. A villain with magnetism tries to propel another villain at the fleeing students. A giant hero grows in size to block the villain's path. The magnetism villain tries again, but an older hero arrives and incapacitates the villains. The older hero points out the actions of the first hidden student and compares him to the powerful hero.

The powerful hero tells the masked individual he is no longer holding back. The older hero prepares to fight two other villains. The masked individual then forcibly activates the magnetism villain's ability, magnetizing all the male villains to one of the other villains, pushing them all through the portal at once. Alone to fight, the masked individual repels the powerful hero's next attack by warping the older hero in front of it. The powerful hero recovers and grabs the older hero before unleashing a powerful punch to counter the masked individual's spring-like limb ability.

The masked individual points out that the powerful hero is still holding back due to nearby bystanders. The powerful hero angrily declares he will not allow the masked individual's disrespect of common people to continue and crushes his helmet with a powerful strike. However, the masked individual survives the attack. The powerful hero begins to partially revert to a weaker form, and the masked individual states the powerful hero's declaration is similar to his predecessor.
