My Hero Academia Episode 66: Boy Meets...

Sir Nighteye is unimpressed by Izuku's attempt to make him laugh with an All Might impression, claiming Izuku is mocking All Might and that his wrinkles are all wrong. The office is filled with All Might merchandise. Izuku explains his impression was based on All Might's appearance after the Vinegar Riverbank Incident, and Nighteye asks if Izuku was testing him. Mirio releases Bubble Girl from a tickle machine and expresses his admiration for Izuku's effort, despite failing to amuse Sir Nighteye.

Sir Nighteye then asks Izuku to present a contract, explaining the difference between Hero Work-Studies and week-long internships. Izuku wants to participate to stand out, but Sir Nighteye refuses to stamp his paper, stating Izuku brings no benefit to his agency and questioning his usefulness. Sir Nighteye challenges Izuku to prove his worth by taking the stamp from him within three minutes to make the contract official. Mirio and Bubble Girl are asked to leave, with Mirio doubting Izuku's chances against Sir Nighteye's Quirk.

Izuku activates Full Cowl and attempts to grab the stamp, but Sir Nighteye effortlessly avoids his every move. After one minute, Izuku has made no progress against Sir Nighteye's Quirk, Foresight, which allows him to see an individual's future for the next hour by making eye contact and touching them. Sir Nighteye expresses disappointment in All Might's successor, stating that Mirio should have received One For All. This revelation makes Izuku nervous and he begins to panic. Sir Nighteye reiterates his refusal to acknowledge Izuku, believing someone else is more worthy of One For All. Izuku, remembering All Might's encouraging words and his own hard work, regains his determination to prove himself.

Izuku propels himself around the room at high speeds, trying to outmaneuver Sir Nighteye. Sir Nighteye dismisses Izuku as a "poor man's Gran Torino" and insists he has no chance of stamping the contract, becoming less impressed as the test continues. Izuku throws books around to create unpredictable situations, hoping to challenge Nighteye's foresight. However, this does not alter what Nighteye sees, and Izuku fails after three minutes. Sir Nighteye believes Izuku had only one plan that failed, making him clumsy. Izuku reveals he was trying to avoid stepping on Sir Nighteye's valuable All Might poster, which is not for sale. Sir Nighteye appears impressed that Izuku avoided all the All Might merchandise despite the provocations.

Mirio and Bubble Girl re-enter the room, and Sir Nighteye announces he will take Izuku in. Sir Nighteye claims he always intended to accept Izuku and acknowledges he wasn't completely useless, though he still hasn't fully accepted him. He states he is taking Izuku on to make him realize who the truly worthy successor of One For All is by having him work alongside pros. Despite this, Izuku thanks him and stamps the contract.

Back at Heights Alliance, Izuku tells his friends he was accepted into the Nighteye Agency for Work-Studies. His classmates congratulate him. Shoto tells Katsuki that the gap between them and Izuku has widened, and they need to catch up, which bothers Katsuki.

Ochaco expresses frustration about not being able to do Work-Studies with Gunhead. Tsuyu shares a similar sentiment regarding Selkie, and a crestfallen Eijiro mentions that Fourth Kind doesn't even take Work-Studies students. Their classmates explain that only Pro Heroes with significant accomplishments can take on trainees, as they will be directly involved in risky missions. Eraser Head interrupts, emphasizing the great responsibility heroes undertake when supervising students.

Eraser Head informs Fumikage that he has received an invitation from Hawks in Kyushu. His companions are surprised and congratulate Fumikage on the No. 3 Hero's interest. Fumikage accepts the offer. Before leaving, Eraser Head also mentions that Tamaki wants to speak with Eijiro, and Nejire wants to speak with Ochaco and Tsuyu, recommending they talk tomorrow. Eijiro wonders why, and Tsuyu speculates it's related to Work-Studies. Unable to wait, the three go to the third years' room to ask them.

The next day, the Work-Studies begin. At Sir Nighteye's agency, they start patrolling while continuing their investigation into the Shie Hassaikai, led by Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul. They know he recently contacted the League of Villains but lack proof of criminal involvement.

A young, frightened girl named Eri runs away from Chisaki down an alleyway and collides with Izuku, who is confused by her condition. He looks up to see Kai Chisaki, the masked villain Overhaul, standing behind her. At this moment, the Hero Work-Studies truly begin.
