Inside the raid, Ryukyu’s team is still dealing with the enemy forces in the underground complex, while Sir Nighteye is badly injured and the others are struggling to keep the fight going. Ryukyu, Tsuyu, and Ochaco had previously been worn down by the stamina-draining abilities of one of the villains, but they keep pressing forward despite their exhaustion.

The episode shows that the person guiding Ryukyu’s group is actually Himiko Toga disguised as Deku, and her deception leads them into an underground trap created by the villains. Meanwhile, Overhaul’s side is still trying to maintain control of Eri, whose power is revealed to be able to rewind living bodies, making her crucial to the villains’ plans.
