Prison Break Episode 28: Subdivision

Michael and the others finally trace Westmoreland’s buried money to a silo foundation now hidden beneath the garage of a house in a new subdivision owned by a woman named Jeanette. To work there without drawing attention, they cut the power and send Tweener to town for supplies and gasoline while Michael, Lincoln, T-Bag, and Tweener prepare the site.

While Tweener is out, he goes to the hardware/gardening store to get what they need, but he runs into trouble there when a man shows up looking for the store owner. Tweener knocks the man unconscious and ties him up with another person already restrained in the store before heading back.

Michael, Lincoln, T-Bag, and Tweener then go to Jeanette’s house posing as electric-company workers coming to make repairs. Jeanette lets them into the garage, where they begin digging through the foundation for the money while T-Bag stays with her and distracts her. During their conversation, the flirting grows awkward when Jeanette says she likes the “big, quiet one,” referring to Lincoln.

Elsewhere, Mahone arrives in Utah and starts narrowing down where the escapees are by tracking the route Westmoreland took and calculating the likely towns. On the road, C-Note and Sucre cross paths and head toward Tooele together.

Governor Tancredi calls Sara and warns her about danger, while in Washington, Kellerman briefs Kim. In another storyline, Haywire reaches Wisconsin and visits a blind woman who mistakes him for her son; he seems fascinated by a picture of Holland in her home.

Back at the subdivision, the digging continues, but the situation starts to fall apart when Tweener leaves to refuel the car because he forgot to get gas earlier. Mahone uses the gas-station stop as bait, and when Tweener returns to refuel, Mahone catches him in a sting operation and arrests him.
