Prison Break Episode 29: Buried

Michael, Sucre, T-Bag, and C-Note continue digging beneath the garage at Jeanette’s house, but the operation becomes harder to hide as they get closer to the buried container. When Jeanette’s daughter Ann arrives and reveals herself as a police officer, the men are forced to react quickly: Sucre tries to stop her, but Lincoln ultimately subdues her, and the women are tied up and left restrained in the kitchen.

While the others keep working, the tension in the house rises because the hostage situation is now much more dangerous and harder to control. The group eventually finds Westmoreland’s buried money, splits the cash, and packs it into backpacks, but before they can leave, Sucre turns on Michael, T-Bag, and C-Note with a gun and demands the money for himself.

At the same time, Mahone presses Tweener in FBI custody, using photos from the Dr. Gudat crime scene and threatening him with the idea that T-Bag will kill again unless Tweener cooperates and reveals the fugitives’ location. Tweener is offered a lighter outcome if he gives up the others, but Mahone’s interrogation grows increasingly brutal as he tries to force the information out of him.

L.J. is in the Klipton Detention Center in Kingman, Arizona when he is taken to meet what he thinks is his attorney, only to learn that he is actually speaking with a Mohave County Assistant District Attorney. He is then served release papers and told that he will be free the next morning. When the news of L.J.’s release is broadcast on Fox News, Lincoln insists on going to retrieve him.

Meanwhile, Haywire is in Algoma, Wisconsin, where he steals supplies from a crippled shopkeeper and escapes with the man’s Border Collie following him. He reaches the shore, happily talks to the dog about building a raft and living in a windmill in Holland, and continues on with his increasingly erratic journey.
