Prison Break Episode 69: Selfless

Michael and the others successfully reach Scylla inside Company headquarters, but the plan immediately turns into a tense standoff when the General arrives with armed men and confronts them at the vault. Lincoln, Mahone, and Sucre ambush him on the way out of the elevator, forcing him to hand over the final needed card, and Michael is then able to use the forged cards to access Scylla and take it.

To secure their escape, Sara uses the General’s daughter as leverage, which convinces him to let the group leave alive. The team then gets out of headquarters, returns to the warehouse with Scylla, and hands it over to Donald Self, who promises them release papers and transport out of the area.

While the others are waiting for their promised freedom, Self goes to meet a woman named Holtz in an abandoned lot, where T-Bag is handcuffed in her car. Self questions them about possible Scylla buyers, then apologizes to Holtz, pulls a gun, and shoots her dead. In the warehouse, Michael tries calling Self after the group has waited for an hour, but the phone is disconnected; when he opens the envelope Self gave them, he finds only blank pages instead of release papers, and the group realizes they have been betrayed.
