Full recap

Sara gives Michael another dose of the medication meant to keep his brain tumor at bay, and the group continues trying to protect the remaining piece of Scylla.

Lincoln keeps watch outside the warehouse and finds signs that someone has been nearby, including a matchbook and a car. Inside, Michael calls Self, and when Michael says he is willing to meet, Self responds by firing gas canisters into the warehouse and threatening to gas everyone out unless they hand over the missing Scylla piece.

One of Self’s canisters breaks open without releasing gas, and before Self can fire again, Lincoln sneaks up behind him and knocks him unconscious. Self tries to frame the situation as “just business” and argues that Scylla should be sold, but the confrontation escalates rather than resolving cleanly.

Meanwhile, T-Bag is handling Gretchen’s family hostage situation and is pushed into making a difficult choice; he ultimately releases the man he had detained after growing conflicted, only to realize he may have let a real threat go.

The Scylla hunt then shifts to a new location, where Michael and the others try to keep control of the piece they have. Michael hides the missing chip in the ceiling space above a toilet, but Self has already planted a hidden camera in the warehouse and uses it to spot the hiding place.

Self and Gretchen are tracked to a hotel, where a fight breaks out between Gretchen and Sucre while Michael tries to get the upper hand. Michael manages to recover the full Scylla briefly, but his condition worsens, he starts bleeding from the nose, and he collapses. Self gets Scylla back, and Michael is then taken by the Company.

At the same time, Mahone tries to act on information he has, but he is betrayed by former colleagues and arrested before he can get where he is going. Lincoln is later brought to the Company’s side, where General Krantz offers Michael the best possible medical care if Lincoln will return Scylla, and he also hands Lincoln a file marked “Tombstone II.”

The episode ends with Self still maneuvering to sell Scylla directly, while the various factions remain split, distrustful, and locked in a deeper struggle over the remaining pieces.
