Prison Break Episode 72: Going Under

Lincoln meets with the General and agrees to help recover **Scylla** in exchange for the Company arranging the life-saving operation Michael needs. With Sucre helping and information extracted from T-Bag, Lincoln tracks **Self** and **Gretchen** across Los Angeles as they try to evade surveillance and meet a buyer for Scylla.

Lincoln and Sucre arrive just in time to see the buyer betray Self and Gretchen; Self is shot, the buyer escapes with Scylla, and Gretchen and Self are captured. Back at Company headquarters, Sucre leaves and tells Lincoln he will meet him and Michael again later. The General is furious that Lincoln let the buyer get away, and orders him to work with **Gretchen**, **Self**, and **T-Bag** to recover Scylla.

Meanwhile, **Mahone** is being transported to federal custody by Agents **Lang** and **Wheeler**. He uses his knowledge of FBI procedure to force a restroom stop, steals a pipe there, then later uses it to escape from the moving FBI car and run into the woods. Lang catches up to him and threatens to shoot, but Mahone calls her bluff and walks away; when she fires, she intentionally misses.

At the Company facility, **Sara** watches as surgeons operate on Michael using a technique she has never seen before. While under anesthesia, Michael dreams of being back in his Fox River cell, where the wall is covered in photos and documents about the events surrounding him.
