Prison Break Episode 85: Phaecia

Michael, Lincoln, Whip, and Ja are fleeing across the Yemeni desert after their escape from Ogygia, while ISIL forces and the men tracking them continue closing in on their position. A&W and Van Gogh use an NSA contact to help locate Michael with a drone, and Van Gogh separately feeds Michael’s location to ISIL at a gas station as part of Poseidon’s orders.

As Michael and the others move toward Phaecia, Michael makes a call to Blue Hawaii from the gas station, and Omar is fatally shot during the attack that follows. Whip responds by shooting a gas tanker with Omar’s gun, killing the attackers and helping the group escape. Meanwhile, A&W and Van Gogh trace the person Michael was messaging on the computer and the screenshot he sent, which leads them to the home of a man dressed like Elvis, where they are surprised by what they find there.

Cyclops, angry at being left out of the hunt for Abu Ramal’s killers, hijacks a vehicle and chases the group through the desert. Realizing Cyclops is planning to ambush them once they run out of gas, Michael siphons fuel between the land cruiser and Omar’s jeep so the jeep can keep going, but someone has to stay behind as a decoy. Michael volunteers, uses a white rock as a signal, and lures Cyclops into a trap so Whip, Ja, and Lincoln can get away.

The confrontation turns brutal: Michael and Cyclops fight, Michael stabs Cyclops in his remaining eye with a screwdriver, and then Cyclops stabs Michael with an object coated in antifreeze. Bleeding and poisoned, Michael struggles to keep moving while the others reach Phaecia first. The villagers greet the newcomers warmly, though one man is uneasy about Omar not being with them, so Lincoln lies and says Omar went to find somewhere safe from the war.

When night falls, Lincoln grows worried that Michael will not be able to find the group’s tracks, so he uses fireworks to signal him. Michael follows the light, reaches Phaecia, and collapses at the edge of the village, asking for a doctor.
