Prison Break Episode 88: Behind the Eyes

Michael is forced to deal with the fallout of Jacob’s control over Sara and Mike, while he tries to turn the situation back on Jacob and expose him. The episode builds to a confrontation at the shipyard, where the plan to exchange leverage goes disastrously wrong, and Michael’s side suffers serious losses before the truth begins to catch up with Jacob.

Michael starts by working under pressure to keep Sara and Mike safe, while Jacob continues tightening his hold on the family. Michael uses the information and evidence he has gathered against Jacob to set up a larger trap, but Jacob stays several steps ahead and keeps the situation unstable.

Sara, meanwhile, is trying to find Mike and deal with the people holding him. She gets information from Van Gogh, who is badly wounded and unable to fight back, and that leads her closer to the location where Mike is being kept.

At the same time, Lincoln acts on his own and tracks down Luca Abruzzi, leading to Abruzzi’s arrest after Lincoln contacts the FBI. Elsewhere, Michael moves ahead with a plan that involves drawing Jacob and his allies into a controlled setting so he can use the evidence he has collected against them.

The rescue effort comes to a head when the various parties converge for the exchange. Michael’s scheme starts to unravel once Jacob brings in law enforcement on his own terms, and the situation turns violent. Whip is killed during the chaos, and Michael is left scrambling as the exchange collapses around him.

In the aftermath, T-Bag attacks A&W and kills her, but he is then arrested by the FBI. Sara and Lincoln succeed in getting Mike back, and Andrew Nelson is taken into custody after being captured and later giving testimony against Jacob.

By the end of the episode, Jacob’s operation is collapsing under the evidence against him, while Michael and Sara are finally moving toward clearing Michael’s name and recovering their family.
