Rick and Morty Episode 48: Gotron Jerrysis Rickvangelion

Rick, Morty, and Summer are heading to Boob World when Rick spots a damaged blue Gotron Ferret and becomes fixated on finding the others to complete the set. Morty wants to continue the trip, but Summer sides with Rick, and the three recover the remaining Ferrets so they can combine them into a giant robot.

Rick convinces Beth and Jerry to join the operation, and the family uses the five Ferrets together to form Gotron, which quickly defeats a giant monster in another dimension. Thrilled by the success, Rick immediately turns the “one robot” idea into a larger obsession, pushing the family into a bigger cross-dimensional effort to build even more combined robots with other versions of themselves.

As the operation grows, the family becomes deeply involved in Rick’s expanding plans, with Summer especially helping him carry them out. The episode ends with the family no longer just on a random adventure, but wrapped up in Rick’s escalating obsession with the Gotron project.
