Full recap
Juliette regains her memories enough to explain what she learned about **Silo 17** and the danger of its safeguard system, then pushes for a plan to send two people back there to help the survivors and figure out how the silo’s defense works. In the end, the chosen volunteers are **Lukas** and **Patrick**, but the selection is made under conditions that suggest the mission is meant to fail.
At the same time, **Camille** becomes increasingly suspicious of **Sims** after he fails to keep track of Juliette, and she takes charge of the search herself. She later moves to protect her control over the silo by having the memory-suppressing drug released into the water supply, ensuring the residents will forget Juliette.
Elsewhere, **Billings** and **Hank** continue investigating the murder tied to the silo’s supply crisis, and their search leads them to hidden footage involving **Glenda Harwood** and to a larger mystery about the silo’s critical shortages. Their investigation also sends Hank to the **Mines**, where he discovers that his father died years earlier.
In the flashback storyline, **Daniel** and **Helen** remain trapped in the van after it is seized, and Daniel learns more about Helen’s professional troubles after she covered for a source and lost her job at the Washington Post. By the end of the episode, they are taken to an airplane hangar and introduced to **Senator Thurman**, who asks whether they want to help “save the world.”
