Ted Lasso Episode 30: We'll Never Have Paris

Ted is unsettled when Michelle and Dr. Jacob drop by Richmond to leave Henry with him before taking a trip to Paris, and his anxiety quickly turns into a fixation on the possibility that Dr. Jacob will propose to Michelle there. The team and Ted’s friends try to get him to stop worrying about something that has not happened, but he keeps spiraling and eventually asks Rebecca to help him hire a private investigator to follow the pair in Paris.

At the same time, Keeley wakes up to discover that a private sexually explicit video of hers has been leaked online as part of a larger celebrity data breach. The leak sends her into shock, and the club reacts by telling players to delete any explicit images from their phones; Isaac even takes Colin’s phone after noticing what he is looking at, then silently gives it back after seeing something that changes his response.

Nate and Jade sleep together after their date, but she is reluctant to define what they are, which leaves Nate anxious and looking for advice from people at West Ham who are no help. Later, Jade refers to Nate as her boyfriend, giving him the clarity he wanted.

When Henry asks to watch a soccer match, Ted and Beard take him to a West Ham game, where Nate spots them in the stands and awkwardly turns away. Rebecca later calls Ted to tell him not to let Michelle’s possible future distract him from the fact that Henry is with him right now. By the end of the episode, Michelle and Dr. Jacob return from Paris with Henry, and Ted notices that Michelle is not wearing a ring.
