Full recap

Ted returns from the aftermath of the Liverpool trip still dealing with a hangover and the emotional fallout of his one-night stand with Sassy, and he tells Beard, Nate, and Higgins about it. The four of them talk through Ted’s situation and jokingly name their impromptu advice group the **Diamond Dogs**.

At the same time, Keeley tries to get Roy to spend time with her, but he brushes her off. Later, Jamie shows up at Keeley’s place, and she invites him in; they end up sleeping together that night.

The next day, Keeley tells Roy what happened with Jamie, and Roy is visibly upset. He turns to Ted for help, and Ted brings the issue to the Diamond Dogs, who urge Roy to stop acting immature and think more carefully about how he feels.

After talking it through, Roy goes to Keeley and tells her he wants to take her out on a date. Their reconciliation is interrupted when a paparazzo photographs them kissing as they leave together, and Roy grabs the camera’s memory card.

Ted then accompanies Rebecca to a pub for a meeting with two minority shareholders. There, Rupert appears and reveals that he is engaged to a woman named Bex and is about to become a minority owner through her purchase of shares. He also makes clear that he intends to make Rebecca’s life difficult.

Ted responds by challenging Rupert to a game of darts, betting that if Ted wins, Rupert stays away from the owners’ box. Rupert takes the game seriously, but Ted finishes with a spectacular comeback and wins. Rebecca is delighted to see Rupert lose.

Back at the club, Higgins tells Rebecca that there are still thousands of unsold seats for the season finale and that rival fans could end up filling them, but Rebecca refuses to back down. Frustrated, Higgins quits. Soon after, Keeley confronts Rebecca after realizing that the photo on the paparazzo’s card was taken because Rebecca arranged for it, and she threatens to tell Ted unless Rebecca confesses herself.
