FROM Episode 21: Shatter

Tabitha wakes up in a hospital in Camden, Maine, and is told police are on the way as a routine check after her disappearance. Once the doctor leaves, she pulls out her IV, gets dressed, takes Victor’s lunchbox, and sneaks out of the hospital; outside, she spots the Boy in White across the street, follows him, and ends up confronting a normal young boy in a café before realizing her mistake and leaving in confusion.

Back in the town, Boyd is dealing with the worsening cold, the residents’ panic, and the town’s increasing instability as the crops fail and the animals come under threat at night. He tends to his wound from Reggie’s shooting and talks with Father Khatri, then later speaks with Jim as Jim continues trying to figure out what happened to Tabitha.

Jim and Kenny head into the forest to search for Tabitha, while Tabitha makes her own way through the outside world, eventually arriving at Victor’s old house with the lunchbox in hand. When a man answers the door and demands to know where she got it, Tabitha realizes he is Victor’s father.

As conditions in town worsen, Boyd sees the livestock wandering in the street and rushes out with a talisman, with Jade following after him.
