Hunter x Hunter Episode 45: Restraint x and x Vow

Kurapika succeeds in capturing Uvogin and begins escorting him away with the other Nostrade bodyguards, but the Phantom Troupe is able to track them and closes in on their position. At the same time, the Shadow Beasts attack the Troupe’s car with Owl’s strange cloth ability, briefly trapping several of them, but the Troupe quickly turns the tables and wipes out most of the Shadow Beasts, leaving Owl alive to be questioned about the auction treasures.

Back at the Nostrade Family headquarters, Uvogin is still immobilized by poison and is interrogated by the bodyguards. He remains defiant at first, but when they test his condition by attacking him, they discover his body is protected by Nen and their weapon breaks against him. Uvogin then tells them that the Shadow Beasts had already moved the auction goods, confirming that their lead on the treasures is gone.

Kurapika later meets Hisoka at an abandoned amusement park. The two exchange information and discuss the situation surrounding the Phantom Troupe, with Hisoka contacting Kurapika by e-mail beforehand and setting up the meeting.

While Kurapika is away, the Phantom Troupe arrives at the place where Uvogin is being held, disguised as Mafia members. They overwhelm the guards, kill Dalzollene, and free Uvogin. Shizuku removes the poison with her vacuum ability, and once Uvogin regains mobility, he immediately begins tearing through the building and sets out to find Kurapika.
