Hunter x Hunter Episode 84: A x Fated x Awakening

As Kite, Gon, and Killua travel towards the Queen's nest, Kite detects something following them from the sky and alerts Gon and Killua. A flying creature, an officer under another creature named Hagya, commands other dragonfly-like creatures to distract the three while attacking from a distance. Gon and Killua try to attack the flying creatures once they become visible, but cannot hit them as they hide among the trees. Kite realizes the flying creatures are luring them into a trap, as Hagya and another creature named Hina wait nearby.

Meanwhile, two creatures named Peggy and Rammot go to a butcher's place to ask if he has seen a rare human that another creature named Zazan brought in. They are unable to determine if the human was eaten by the Queen or is still there. The rare human is shown to be alive and hiding in a pile of bones. While Peggy continues to question the butcher, Rammot plans to master his new ability to become a king. Suddenly, they all feel a dark aura as one of the Queen's Royal Guards awakens.

The flying creature, Hagya, and Hina witness Kite's power. The flying creature suggests to Hagya and Hina that they retreat. As Kite's team approaches, Hagya understands the situation and realizes they cannot win against Kite and the boys. He concludes that despite his own power, others are much stronger. Hagya knows they have no chance of defeating Kite and the others but has learned more about "rare humans," believing they will win another day. Kite, Gon, and Killua decide to follow them, knowing the trio of creatures will return to the Queen's nest.

Feeling the power of the Royal Guard member's aura, Rammot is struck with intense fear. He realizes he is not at this person's level, that his dream of becoming king is pointless, and that he should use his power to serve the real King. As Peggy and Rammot walk away, the Royal Guard senses and captures the rare human, who was still hiding under a pile of bones. The Royal Guard learns about the human brain and devises a plan to extract information on Nen from the rare human. The Royal Guard operates on the rare human's brain using a pair of antennae, forcing the rare human to explain Nen. Meanwhile, another creature named Colt's Nen powers activate. After learning about Nen from the rare human, the Royal Guard asks Rammot to try Water Divination. Rammot falls under the Enhancer category. Shortly after, the Royal Guard takes its turn. The leaf wilts, indicating it is a Specialist. Peggy is shocked that the Royal Guard member has Nen without first having fought a rare human. Finally, the Royal Guard reveals its name: Neferpitou.
