Hunter x Hunter Episode 94: Friend x and x Journey

Gon spends time with Palm, but the outing quickly becomes awkward when he tells her he cannot stay by her side and give her what she wants, leaving the date on a sour note. At the same time, Killua fights Rammot while trying to protect Gon, and the pressure of running away versus standing his ground makes him realize that something is interfering with his behavior.

During the fight, Killua has a sudden moment of clarity and understands that he has been under the influence of one of Illumi’s needles, which has been affecting his fear and indecision. He forcibly removes the needle from his head, breaks free of its control, and instantly turns the battle around by killing Rammot.

Elsewhere, Morel and Knuckle confront Cheetu as he flees, while Shoot returns to check on Gon and Palm. The episode also shows the group’s ongoing preparations and consequences after Gon's Nen restriction, with Killua determined to keep protecting him despite the dangers ahead.

The next day, Gon and Killua are followed by Shoot. Killua receives a third silver-colored robot, while Gon gets a gold one, and Killua is disappointed by the result. He tells Gon he can sell the gold robot at an auction, but Gon offers it to Killua instead; Killua refuses and instead invites Gon to go to the gym afterward.
