Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 21: Jujutsu Koshien

Haruta Shigemo walks through an underground cave, reflecting on his lack of action during the invasion, when the heavily injured Hanami crashes through the ceiling and collapses. Haruta considers finishing off the weakened curse but is stopped by Mahito, who arrives and confirms the mission's success: they stole six of Sukuna's fingers, several cursed relics, and the Cursed Womb: Death Painting wombs 1 through 3. Mahito helps the exhausted Hanami retreat while a disguised figure resembling Geto advances plans against Satoru Gojo.

At Jujutsu High, Ijichi reports the casualties—three Grade 2 sorcerers, one Semi-Grade 1 sorcerer, guards, and supervisors—along with the stolen items, which the faculty decides to keep secret from students and elders to avoid alerting other cursed users. Interrogation of Juzo yields nothing beyond him following orders, and they deduce Hanami's plants bypassed Master Tengen's barriers. Gojo notes the students' safety as the main relief, and while Principal Yaga suggests canceling the Goodwill Event, Gojo insists the students should decide.

In the dorms, recovering first-years Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki eat pizza by Megumi's bed; a Cursed Bud was removed from Megumi thanks to his depleted cursed energy from Shoko. Megumi notes Yuji's growth and vows to surpass him to stay true to his beliefs, while Nobara dismisses overthinking; Aoi Todo suddenly appears, excitedly claiming Yuji as his brother's friend and joining the group uninvited.

The students opt to continue the event with a baseball game called **Jujutsu Koshien** instead of mourning. On the field, Todo pitches aggressively but is widely disliked—Yuji learns this when everyone cheers Maki's intentional hit that sends Todo into his arms. Gakuganji maintains his opposition to Yuji but is overruled by Yaga, who cites Gojo as a bigger issue. Yuji struggles at bat due to a distracting flashback but later hits a home run; Tokyo team wins 2-0.
