Full recap

An apartment tenant complains to his landlord about his malfunctioning automatic door. As lights flicker behind him, a curse attacks and kills him in the entryway.

Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki receive a briefing from Ijichi about a series of similar curse killings, all involving victims attacked at their home entryways. The victims share a connection: they attended the same middle school 20 years ago. Ijichi dispatches the trio to investigate the school.

At the school, a staff member named Mr. Takeda recognizes Megumi from his delinquent days there and mentions hearing about the victims' deaths. Megumi inquires about any bad rumors linking the three victims. Takeda recalls rumors of bungee jumping incidents at Yasohachi Bridge, a notorious spot for suicides and reckless dares.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, Mahito and a man resembling Geto awaken stolen cursed spirits by forcing them down human throats. Mahito questions why the jujutsu sorcerers haven't destroyed them, and the man explains before the spirit requests an unseen favor from Mahito.

Ms. Nitta provides Megumi with details on one victim's account: she and schoolmates, including Tsumiki—Megumi's sister—performed a "test of bravery" by walking under Yasohachi Bridge. Megumi, stunned, calls to check on Tsumiki's safety and learns she's in a coma-like state. Only Grade 2 sorcerers are available, and Ijichi instructs retreat if needed, but Megumi decides to exorcise the curse immediately. He reassigns the case, sending Yuji and Nobara home, then plans to speak with Takeda before proceeding alone.

Megumi arrives at Yasohachi Bridge alone, retracing the bravery test steps while searching for an unfinished domain like the one at the detention center. Under the moonlight, Yuji and Nobara surprise him from behind, having followed despite his orders. Megumi confesses his personal stake—Tsumiki's vulnerability in her coma—and tries to send them away again, but they refuse, joining him without further questions.

The group replicates the victims' bravery test, crossing a river under the canyon and entering a cursed energy barrier that transports them to the domain. A battle against the curse begins, but it intensifies as another curse—one dispatched by Mahito—joins the fight.
