Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 36: Dull Knife

Kento Nanami discovers Kiyotaka Ijichi severely wounded and unconscious at Shibuya Station, infuriating him as he recalls his life before becoming a sorcerer.

Nobara and Akari encounter the curse user Shigemo in the subway. When Shigemo throws his sword at Nobara, she deflects it with her hammer and charges at him while Akari flees. His sword pursues Akari on its own, eventually catching up and slashing her ankles, causing her to fall. Shigemo learns Akari isn't hiding and chases after her with Nobara in pursuit.

During their confrontation, Shigemo stabs the downed Akari repeatedly. When Nobara demands he stop, he mockingly asks her to make him stop. As Nobara struggles to attack him, the glass door to the station shatters.

Nanami arrives and demands to know how many curse users are present and their locations. Shigemo slashes Nanami's shoulder and kicks him, claiming ignorance, but both attacks prove completely ineffective, shocking the curse user. Nanami angrily repeats his question, and before Shigemo can finish responding, Nanami punches him in the face using his Ratio Technique, launching him across the room into a glass display case.

Elsewhere, Toji breaks free from the grandmother's technique that was controlling his body and takes over, deciding to kill everyone present. This creates a dangerous neutral third party in Shibuya with no allegiance to either side of the conflict.
