After splitting up with Megumi near Shibuya Tower, Yuji Itadori races along the expressway toward Shibuya Station, spotting transfigured humans attacking civilians below a bridge but pressing on. He dashes into the eerily silent station, where Toge Inumaki holds off transfigured humans with a peace sign gesture, allowing Yuji to advance past escalators to the lowest level.

There, Yuji encounters Choso, a special grade curse who strolls apathetically through the halls before flying into a rage upon recognizing Yuji as the one who killed his brothers Kechizu and Eso. Choso unleashes **Piercing Blood**, a supersonic blood beam that Yuji dodges by baiting and ducking under it, though Choso bends the beam in pursuit.

Mechamaru's lingering advice echoes in Yuji's mind, urging him to exploit timing against Choso's techniques. They clash in close quarters: Yuji lands punches, but Choso counters with blood spikes raining down, a blood dagger stabbing Yuji's foot, and **Convergence** to amplify **Piercing Blood**, launching Yuji away—though Choso notes the blood wasn't fully condensed.

Yuji lures Choso into a flooded bathroom by breaking water lines, diluting Choso's blood weapons and forcing hand-to-hand combat. Choso activates **Red Scale** and **Blood Meteorite**, hardening his body and boosting physical abilities with immense cursed energy to overpower Yuji in a brutal exchange of blows.

Yuji feints with a right punch, using his "injured" left arm for a hard hit, then locks his legs around Choso's head for a flying scissor takedown. The fight intensifies with Yuji thrown around the station, culminating in a twist where Choso experiences sudden fake memories, staggering him as the episode ends.
