Prison Break Episode 38: Chicago

Michael, Lincoln, Sara, and Kellerman meet up at a train station in Evansville, Indiana, where Sara is clearly unsettled to see Kellerman with them. The group explains that the key Sara found on her father’s body points to a private cigar club in Chicago, so they decide to travel there together.

Kellerman makes arrangements on the train by telling the conductor that Michael is a dangerous federal prisoner, which gets the four of them a private car for the trip. During the journey, Kellerman takes a call from Caroline Reynolds, who tells him she can restore his life and his former position if he carries out what she wants. When the train is stopped by a roadblock, Kellerman realizes he has been betrayed.

In another storyline, T-Bag is traveling with the family he has forced into his life and tries to present himself as a disciplined, caring father figure. When the family has a guest for brunch, he uses his charm and controlling behavior to impress the visitor while also intimidating the boy in the house.

Meanwhile, Agent Mahone reports to FBI headquarters, where investigators learn that Haywire has killed a man in Algoma, Wisconsin. Mahone later goes to Bellick, gets him released through a habeas action, and equips him with a car, a gun, and an FBI badge so he can do Mahone’s dirty work. Bellick then tracks Haywire down and traps him while waiting for Mahone to arrive.

At the same time, C-Note and his daughter stop at a snack bar in Benson, Minnesota, where an armed thief announces a robbery.
