Prison Break Episode 50: Photo Finish

Michael questions Tyge about Whistler, and Tyge says he and Whistler worked together at the Ambassador Hotel in Nice before clamming up and refusing to say more. Tyge keeps watching Michael, Mahone, and Whistler from a distance, which annoys Mahone enough that he warns him to back off.

At his hideout, Susan tells LJ about being captured while serving in Mosul and says that when she jumped out a window as U.S. helicopters arrived, it was taken as a hostile act; she also explains that the people who rescued her died and that what she had thought was a hostage exchange turned out to be something else. Later, Lincoln visits Michael in Sona, and Michael lays out the escape plan: he says the breakout is only three hours away, at 3:13 p.m., and tells Lincoln he needs to slip something into Hurtado’s coffee because they cannot control one of the tower guards.

Michael also makes the escape contingent on getting proof that Sara and LJ are still alive. He tells Lincoln he needs current photos of them by 2:30 p.m., or he will call the escape off. Lincoln tries to help, but the situation remains unresolved as Michael waits for the pictures and the plan stays under pressure.

As the episode goes on, Michael’s doubts about Whistler deepen after the information about the Ambassador Hotel. The episode also follows the continuing tension around Mahone, who is being watched closely and is growing more irritated by Tyge’s behavior.
