Prison Break Episode 67: The Legend

Michael collapses while the team is under pressure over Bellick’s death, and the others confront Agent Self about his refusal to return Bellick’s body to his mother. Sucre lashes out at Self, and Mahone threatens to abandon the Scylla operation unless Self keeps his word; Self backs down, but warns Sucre not to attack him again.

Michael and Self meet with Gretchen, who hands over the remaining pages from Whistler’s bird book and says Scylla is being moved to a bunker in Pennsylvania the next day. At the same time, the General decides to bring in David Baker to help with the move, despite Lisa’s objections. Michael and Mahone study the bird-book material and realize that David Baker is the person who wrote the code and blueprints hidden in the book, meaning they need him to fully decipher it.

At GATE, Trishanne gives T-Bag Gretchen’s fingerprints and background information, but when she casually mentions Whistler’s name, T-Bag immediately grows suspicious and starts wondering how she knows him. T-Bag is then pulled away by his boss and told he has to help with a major presentation, but the situation worsens later when Trishanne reveals to Self that she made a mistake by mentioning Whistler to T-Bag. It is also revealed that Trishanne is working with Homeland Security.

Michael collapses again at the warehouse, and Sara rushes him to the hospital under fake identities. He is taken in for a CT scan while Sara waits outside, and she later tells him the results: he has a **hypothalamus tumor** that has been growing and will require surgery.

Meanwhile, Lincoln and Sucre are searching the basement area for a way into Company headquarters when Sucre accidentally steps on what may be a land mine, and it starts beeping. The threat is treated as immediate and dangerous, leaving the men trapped as they try to figure out how to escape or disarm it.

T-Bag’s storyline also takes another turn when he is asked to step into a major presentation at work, and later he ends up drawing attention from people who are interested in his “magic,” putting him under pressure while he is already unsettled by Trishanne’s behavior.
