Rick and Morty Episode 62: How Poopy Got His Poop Back

The Smith family is fed up with Mr. Poopybutthole overstaying his welcome and acting like a mess, so Morty gets Rick to deal with him. Rick first tries a bizarre science solution to scare him off, but that fails, and Beth pushes for a real intervention-style intervention.

Rick rounds up several of his old friends, and the group meets up with Mr. Poopybutthole to try to help him straighten out. Instead, the night turns into a wild outing in which they drink, party, and listen to Mr. Poopybutthole talk about how badly his life has fallen apart, including his drinking, his divorce, and his obsession with trying to reconnect with his family.

As the night goes on, the group’s plans keep spiraling out of control, and a new distraction pulls everyone deeper into chaos. By the end of the episode, the friends are forced to face the mess they made, and Mr. Poopybutthole is left with a push to get his life back together.
